Find the constraint.
Build the motion around it.

Constraint provides business development consulting for companies working through partnership, go-to-market, revenue, and cross-functional growth challenges.

When the opportunity is clear,
but the path through it is not.

Business development rarely belongs to one function. The work can cross product, eng, sales, marketing, operations, finance, data, and legal teams before a partnership produces a meaningful result.

Partnership strategy

Identify the partnership motion worth pursuing, map the relevant ecosystem, prioritize potential partners, and define what each side needs for the relationship to work.

Go-to-market design

Connect partnerships to a specific growth objective: distribution, adoption, engagement, conversion, revenue, or strategic positioning.

Revenue systems

Clarify roles, operating cadence, decision points, and measurement across business development, sales, marketing, and operations.

Strategic initiatives

Structure complex, cross-functional work involving data, advertising, platforms, developer ecosystems, applied AI, or new commercial models.

Start with one constraint.

01

Diagnose

Establish the objective, identify the current constraint, and examine the opportunities, dependencies, economics, and organizational realities around it.

02

Design

Turn the diagnosis into a focused partnership or go-to-market strategy, with clear priorities and explicit tradeoffs.

03

Put it into motion

Support internal alignment, opportunity development, partner conversations, and the operating rhythm required to move the work forward.

Built from operating experience.

Consulting engagements are led by Noam Cadouri and the Constraint team. Noam is an operator, advisor, and investor focused on partnerships, go-to-market, and the systems that turn relationships into durable growth.

He was an early member of Reddit’s business development team, where his work crossed data, media, distribution, advertising, developer ecosystems, monetization, and AI-related initiatives. At Quora, he led teams spanning business development, sales strategy and operations, programmatic advertising, and data partnerships. Today, he advises founders and invests selectively while building Constraint.

Do consulting engagements require the Constraint platform?

No. Business development consulting is available as a standalone service and does not require adoption of the Constraint software platform.

When useful, the resulting strategy or operating method may later be captured in Constraint as a shared playbook, but the consulting engagement stands on its own.

Bring the business constraint.

Tell us what is stuck: we’ll collaborate to determine whether a focused consulting engagement is the right fit.
